Floor Pro
Reflective thermal insulation membrane for floors, 40 m² roll.
Technical content: Bogdan Ivănescu, graduate engineer, PhD candidate at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca · updated on 16.10.2026
Benefits
It is installed on the concrete slab, with the aluminium foil facing downwards: it reflects the heat from underfloor heating back into the room, functions as a vapour barrier and attenuates impact noise.

Technical data
From the technical data sheet
0.05EmissivityEmissivity: an emissivity of 0.05 means that the aluminium face radiates only 5% of the heat that an ordinary surface would radiate, and therefore does not give off heat by radiation. The lower it is, the better. What it means →
95–97%ReflectivityReflectivity: the proportion of radiant heat reaching the foil that is sent back. What it means →
0.0347λ₁₀ W/(m·K)EN 12667λ (W/mK), thermal conductivity: how easily the material conducts heat; the lower it is, the better the material insulates. What it means →
> 1500 mWater vapour diffusion resistance, SdEN 1931Sd (m): the extent to which the membrane resists the passage of vapour, expressed as an equivalent air layer thickness; high Sd = vapour barrier, low Sd = diffusion membrane, which allows vapour to escape. What it means →
